Okay, so I've started and ended many eating and exercise routines with the intent of losing weight and getting healthier - but for-whatever reason, the last one I started included this particular supplement and I not only lost weight, my nails grew longer than they been in years. I don't know how much these Omegas had to do with it, but I did switch to a different brand (derived from flax oil) after I ran out and my nails are now short again and my weight loss plateaued. I'll be re-ordering to see if these actually have any further impact.

Hard to find product containing Omega 9 and this had it!! Wish that the amounts were greater in the product but all in all really liked it! Would order again!
