The order was returned by post office, cause it went to the wrong address. That was a month ago, I'm still waiting for the refund to my credit card, so that I may re-order it.

I think 300 calories per shake is waaaaay to much for people that do not burn calories like others do. Oh yea... they call it a SLOW METABOLISM! I used it as directed for two weeks. I never lost a pound.
I lost 70 pounds on the Medi-Fast Shakes, but they are waaaaay too expensive.
I am wondering why am I reading reviews on Slim-Fast Optima Plan shakes HERE in the Slim-fast 3-2-1 Plan Shake review board?
I noticed Amazon does this with a lot of products. You notice it when the reviewer uses the name of the product he/she is reviewing.
Suddenly you realize you are reading a review on a model or product that is not the one you are wanting to read about to buy.
Amazon is really bad about combining all reviews on all Cannon Cameras or all other same brand name electronics under the title you are interested in and the some of the reviews are about more expensive or better models. VERY CONFUSING as well as MISLEADING if you do not catch it.
You end up having high expectations about the product you buy and get a big surprise/disappointment when it arrives.
Not Cool Amazon!
But with due diligence and Googling, combined with Amazons great prices and free shipping offer - you can get what you want cheap here.
But remember - beware of the reviews. Like the Optima Plan shakes reviews under the Slim-Fast 3-2-1 Plan shakes right here.
I have deducted from Googling and reading up, that the Optima Plan Shakes are much THICKER, more satisfying and stave off hunger longer than the 3-2-1 Plan Shakes.
I just bought 2 - 3 packs of the 3-2-1 Plan shakes. They are OK tasting (but not very sweet... rather Bland. Even only using 6 ice cubes and 6 ounces of water they are very thin and not like a SHAKE!
Tip - get the Jello Sugar Free - Fat Free INSTANT Pudding (adds very few calories) and add just one level tablespoon of it with your shake mix before you put it in the blender. You'll get a slight texture to your shake and it sweetens it up just right! I use the vanilla Pudding for the Strawberry Shakes and the Chocolate Pudding for the Chocolate Shakes.
The thin watery shake made me feel like I was drinking Flavored Water. YUCK!

i use organic fat free milk, put in about 1 1/2 to 2 inches of milk. this makes the shake much thicker and keeps me full longer, and it's almost like having chocolate pudding!

I was 150lbs when i started using this product. I lost down to 135 lbs but due to depression and other things i have gained 5 lbs back. However, the results are not fast but it is a healthier alternative to loosing weight. This product does not destroy your metabolism or anything.

It's not incredibly delicious and it's not going to keep you satisfied forever, but it does its job pretty good. My only complaint is that even if it says it can be stirred with a spoon, it takes a lot of stirring to dissolve and sometimes a significant amount of the powder ends up in the cup instead of in the milk. For the price, however, it is a very good product.
