Trans-resveratol has provided me with plenty of energy. As long as I keep taking one capsul a day, my osteoarthritis pain does not flare up in my hand.

I bought bioforte 250 mg to have energy and to have a better skin but I did not see any difference with my energy level and skin. The benefits I've got are chronic back pain are gone, stiffness of my fingers are gone and definitely have a very good sleep since I started taking this product for more than just 1 week. I will continue to take this supplement for as long as they supply it. Thank you Biotiva. Great products!!!

Talk is cheap and from what i've been reading everyone has been getting diarrhea from this product. Why would anyone on earth want to take it??? If you looking for a Resveratrol product licensed by the scientist from Harvard then you need to take Vindure 900. Vindure 900 is more affordable, potent, and proven to work....why buy imitations. I originally purchased the 500mg Transmax version and really felt a difference in my energy and attitude about life and had reordered it once. When it was time to reorder again, I saw that this 250mg (made by the same company) was on sale and buying 2 bottles of this was cheaper than one of the 500mg, so I decided to buy it, start with 1 pill, and if it didn't work as well, I could increase to 2 pills and have the same thing. But it doesn't seem to be the same. I have increased to 2 pills, but still don't have the same energy or feeling of well-being that I had with the Transmax. My next reorder will be the Transmax.

I had a bit of diahrrea like some of the other reviewers, but that diminished after a couple days. No improvement in skin quality as far as I can tell, but shoulder pain that had been dogging me for over 6 months diminished quickly. I have generally felt better and more energetic, and as a competitive cyclist, improved power output for the same training ... I think. I'll revisit this review after another month.
