Q & A with a new customer introduced to Resveratrol-Forte *after the first month's bottle*
Q: So why did you decide taking this supplement?
A: We all enter that time in our lives where we look to cheat aging. Skin care, supplements, and I've heard a lot of hoopla with resveratrol.
Q: What was the one thing you wanted most?
A: Weight loss.
Q: Have you experienced any weight loss after a month?
A: No, I think I gained at least five pounds.
Q: Did it give you more energy?
A: Yes, I run to the toilet every morning and afternoon.
Q: Is this the "detox" we hear of?
A: Is that what you call it? I have other less cheerful phrases. Invest in Charmin.
Q: Its supposed to improve your skin looks and feels. How about that?
A: My skin is better, but I credit that to Noxema and Shiseido skin care products.
Q: And improving metabolism?
A: Sometimes I quit a meal early. Its either the resveratrol or the flu.
Q: Will you continue on a second bottle of "Resveratrol-Forte"?
A: Since this section is devoted to "Resveratrol-Forte" - I'm going to have to say "yes".
Q: Oh, thank goodness!
A: Yeah, the affordable price is worth the risk. I'm still hoping for minor benefits.
Q: You have any expectations with your second bottle?
A: Losing the 5 pounds I gained while visiting restrooms less.
That's it. An honest review after a month of resveratrol. Little results but lots of hope.
[Update, after 2 months]
Still running to the bathroom? No, not in much of a hurry anymore. However, the frequency is still there.
Any weight loss? No, but I do feel my appetite is suppressed a very little. Portion control comes easier.
Skin problems or benefits: Supplements tend to dry my skin, but I haven't experienced any.
Keep taking the supplement? If so, what's your expectations? Yes, hoping for a little extra energy and a little less weight. I have patience and praying I get *something* for throwing $16.05 a month for.
[Update, after 3 months/bottles]
I give up. I may try another brand but have no experienced no noticeable benefits. There is a lot of hype, so perhaps there is something there with Resveratrol just not with me and not with this brand.

I have been using this particular brand of Reservatrol daily for almost a year now and I can't go without it. At first I was buying it from a local health food store but the price is rather exorbitant. So I went to Amazon and found out I could get it in a price that really pleased me since I am a regular user of it. So keep it up and I will keep coming back to buy from you.

I've been taking the resveratrol forte for about two weeks now and have noticed a big increase in my energy levels. Over all I feel better and quite a bit less tired than before. I started out taking a lower dosage for the first week, because of the stories of some people having side effects with higher dosage. But after the first week with no problems, I increased my dosage to two capsules a day and that's when I noticed an increase in energy.
Each capsule contains 125 mg. of trans-resveratrol, in order for a resveratrol to be effective it needs to contain trans-resveratrol.
*Most resveratrol products are made from Japanese Knot-weed which actually has a higher level of trans-resveratrol than grapes.
